Hamburger Potato Casserole

 

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Brown Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.

5️⃣ Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil, and continue baking for an additional 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the top is golden and bubbly.

6️⃣ Garnish and Serve: Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
